New You, New NEFF

1. The NEFF One4all Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to €150 One4all Gift Card (the "Gift") to purchasers (the "One4all Promotion") in respect of purchases of selected NEFF Built in and freestanding appliances: Cooling, Fridge Freezers, Dishwashers, Hobs, Hoods, Microwaves and Ovens (appliances listed below). Purchases must be made between 24.01.19 and 20.03.19 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 20.04.2019. Please note that the Gift will be in the form of an One4all Gift Card which will be delivered to the address provided on the online claim form.

2. Each qualifying customer will be eligible to receive a One4all Gift Card, loaded with their qualifying reward value on purchase of one of the eligible appliances – listed below.

3. There is no cash value or alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

4. One4all Gift Card Terms and Conditions will apply. A list of applicable retailers can be found here.

5. The One4all Gift Card is issued by GVS Prepaid Limited who are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for conduct of business rules. The Gift Card is governed by the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011 and the Gift Card funds are held in a segregated client fund account.

6. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with the Promotion.

7. This is a consumer only promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, participating retailers, their agents, and/or their families are not permitted to take part in this Promotion.

8. Participating retailers are not permitted to claim the promotion on behalf of the consumer.

10. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.

11. The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.

12. The Promotion, which starts on the 24.01.19 and ends on the 20.03.19, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before midnight on 20.04.19 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

13. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.

14. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the Online Claim Form (including full, E-NR number, model number, full name, full address, and a copy of the full purchase receipt that shows model number and date of purchase. 15. Claimants should allow up to 7 weeks from date of submitting a successful claim in order to receive the Gift.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.

17. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy of your purchase receipt.

18. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

19. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the Gift.

20. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion only (unless you opt in to hear further from the Promoter) and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promoters privacy policy, which is available here.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

22. If for any reason the prepaid One4all Gift Card is unavailable, then the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another Gift of the same quality and value in its place.
