Damaged door hinges
If your oven door hinges appear to be damaged, we recommend booking a service repair visit with one of our highly trained and qualified award winning NEFF engineers.
Faulty door seal
You can double check if the door seal is faulty by heating the oven sufficiently and checking to see if hot air will be blowing out of somewhere. Usually, this is localised and is the result of a gap. If your appliances door seal is damaged, you can order a replacement spare part and fit yourself.
