Home
If your cooker hood doesn’t start or has stopped working, it may be due to one of the following common issues:
Power Supply Not Connected
- Cause: The mains plug is not properly plugged in.
- Solution: Ensure the appliance is securely connected to the power supply.
Circuit Breaker Has Tripped
- Cause: The circuit breaker in your fuse box may have tripped.
- Solution: Check your home’s fuse box and reset the breaker if necessary.
Power Cut
- Cause: There may be a temporary power outage.
- Solution: Check if other appliances or lights in the room are functioning.
Glass Panel Not Properly Connected
- Cause: The plug connection between the control unit and the glass plate is not fully established.
- Solution: Ensure the plug is securely connected. Refer to your instruction manual for a step-by-step guide on fitting the glass panel correctly.
First Time Start-Up
If you're switching on the appliance for the first time, allow up to 15 minutes for initial software updates to complete. The cooker hood may not respond during this process.
