Terms and Conditions of Competition

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. All competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

NEFF’s Slide&Hide® competition applicants are required to enter their details into a competition form hosted on the Neff-home.com/uk to be entered into a prize draw to win the ovens featured in the campaign Food Odyssey. A campaign in partnership with woman&home publication the campaign launched on 2nd August and is featured across print, digital and social placement, the campaign will be running for 2 months

1. The prize consists of 1 x NEFF Slide&Hide® VarioSteam oven -B58VT68N0B NEFF Slide&Hide® Full Steam 1 x B48FT78N1B (the “Prize”)

2. The Competition is open to residents of United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over, excluding employees of BSH Home Appliances Limited, their families, or agents of BSH Home Appliances Ltd.

3. Competition entries must be made via the Data entry form on the NEFF website. The competition will be promoted on social channels, enewsletter, NEFF website and digital banners. In order to be entered into the competition, entrants must complete the form online, including their First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Only one entry allowed per household.

4. The Competition will commence at 9am on Thursday 2nd August 2018 and shall end on 30th September 2018 at 12pm.

5. The Competition winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing time of the Competition. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and age prior to the despatch of any Prize.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake any action as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

7. The winner will be contacted via email within three days of the draw using the contact details provided in the entry. If the winner does not acknowledge notification within three days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw Prize entitlement and award the Prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner.

8. Once the winner has been selected the Promoter will make contact by email to arrange delivery of the Prize to an address supplied by the winner. Please note delivery cannot be made to Northern Ireland. .

9. No cash or other prize alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right acting reasonably and in accordance with relevant legislation and codes, to amend or withdraw the promotion if it deems it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the rules of entry.

10. The Prize include delivery within the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland but not installation of any appliances or the removal of existing appliances.

11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition. The winner may be required to participate in publicity in the form of a picture with your new appliance or comment from you.

12. Personal data collected for purposes of the competition only unless the entrant has opted in at the time of entering the competition to from NEFF in the future and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Promoter’s Data Protection Information.

13. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
