1. Create a SingleKeyID account to register online

To register your 2 and 5 year warranty online, you will need an account. If you already have one, simply log in.

NEFF uses SingleKeyID to give you access to our brands, such as the Home Connect app, with only one login.

2. Register your appliances to your account

Once logged in, you will be able to register your NEFF appliances to your account directly. This will also activate your appliance's warranty, and provide you with easier access to support, while ensuring you are kept up to date about important updates.

How long does it take to register my appliance?

Registering an appliance only takes a minute or two when registering online. If you register via telephone it may take slightly longer.
