Competition Terms and Conditions – NEFF Ireland Taste of Dublin Tickets Giveaway

1. This competition is the chance to win a pair of tickets to attend Taste of Dublin, which is held at Iveagh Gardens between Thursday 16th and Sunday 19th June 2022.

2. A total of 50 tickets are available to win in this competition via Facebook. There will be 25 winners and one pair of tickets will be available to each winner.

3. Subject to availability, the winners have the option to choose their preferred date between Thursday 16th – Sunday 19th June to attend the event.

4. For entrants to opt-in to the competition, they need to comment on the NEFFHomeIreland social post telling us which recipe they would love to learn to cook. Winners will be selected at random.

5. The competition is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years and over. Entries shall be accepted from 11am Monday 9th May 2022 until the closing date of Friday 20th May 2022 at 11pm. The promoter shall not accept any entries received subsequently.

6. The winner will be contacted via private message by Thursday 26th May 2022 from the NEFF Ireland social media channels.

7. The Prize will be sent via email.

8. Only one submission per person is permitted. The Promoter may run multiple giveaways of tickets for Taste of Dublin, however entrants are only eligible to win one giveaway.

9. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: a). made on behalf of others and joint submissions; b) completed by third parties; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or d) incomplete

10. This competition is in no way associated, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, to be in bad taste, do not comply with these T&C’s or are fraudulent.

12. As the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, photo and entry that you provide to announce the winner of the competition.

13. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or withdraw the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the competition draw due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute Prize of equivalent quality and price in the event of unavailability of the Prize.

17. Please note that there is no cash alternative to the Prize.

18. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions, at any time.

21. The competition is governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
