  • Remove the Grease Filters: Depending on your NEFF model, you may have metal or carbon filters.
    • For metal grease filters, soak them in hot soapy water for 20 minutes. Gently scrub them with a soft brush, rinse, and leave to air dry.
    • Carbon filters cannot be washed and should be replaced when necessary.

  • Wipe down the exterior of the cooker hood with a mild soapy water solution and a soft cloth. Pay special attention to areas like buttons and control panels.   • Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner or a stainless steel-specific cleaner with a soft cloth.
  • Wipe dry to avoid water marks or streaks.

Note: Only use stainless steel cleaner on stainless steel components. Some cleaners can damage other materials.
