It depends on the age and the condition of your appliance. Our customer service team is happy to advise on whether a repair is right for you. In most cases, a repair is recommended as it is often more cost-effective. If your appliance is out of warranty and is not repairable or beyond economic repair, you will get a £50 cashback off the call-out charge if you purchase a new replacement NEFF home appliance. Only original spare parts are used by our NEFF repair service.To provide the best solution for you, every case is analyzed by a technical team to make sure our engineer has all the original spare parts at hand to carry out the repair.

How much will the repair cost?

If your NEFF appliance is within its 2 or 5 year warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period. Warranty terms and conditions apply. If your NEFF appliance's 2 or 5 year warranty has expired, then the repair will be chargeable, even if the engineer is not able to repair your appliance or your appliance is beyond economic repair. Our call-out charge outside of the M25 is £109.00 including VAT, and within the M25 our call-out charge is £119.00 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. To book an engineer visit where an appliance is covered by an insurance plan or policy, such as Domestic & General, please call us on 0344 892 8989.TWG/The Warranty Group do not use the NEFF engineer service so customers will need to contact TWG for non-warranty repairs for policies held before 2019. If in doubt, please call them first otherwise we will expect you to pay the engineer on the day for any work. Repairs are carried out by our own locally based engineers around the country who are employed and trained by NEFF, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise with our NEFF appliances. In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf.

Repair payments are made to the engineer on the day of your repair by card. We never take payment from private individuals before a repair visit.
