If your cooker hood has stopped responding, a simple restart may resolve the issue. Follow these steps:

Restarting the Appliance

  • Press and hold the timer and light buttons for at least 10 seconds.
  • All control panel buttons will flash.
  • The appliance will restart.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try a full power reset:

  • Disconnect the appliance from the power supply by:
    • Unplugging it from the socket, or
    • Switching off the corresponding fuse in your fuse box.
  • Wait approximately two minutes.
  • Reconnect the power.

It may take a few minutes for all functions to become fully available.
