How do I activate and deactivate the child lock?

The hob is equipped with a child lock. You can use this to prevent children from switching on the hob. See below the step by step instructions on how to activated and dactivate child lock on NEFF hob.How to activate the child lock
1. The hob must be switched off.
2. Touch and hold the clock icon for 4 seconds.
3. Key icon lights up for 10 seconds.
4. The hob is locked.
How to deactivate the child lock
1. To switch on the hob, touch power button.
2. Touch and hold the clock icon for 4 seconds.
3. The lock is released.
