Ingredients: 120 ml dry gin; 5 ml grenadine; 120 ml soda water; 1 tbsp sugar syrup; 2 pomelo zest; 2 pomelo slices; 4 dashes Angostura bitters; Sugar for glass rim

120 ml dry gin

5 ml grenadine

120 ml soda water

1 tbsp sugar syrup

2 pomelo zest

2 pomelo slices

4 dashes Angostura bitters

Sugar for glass rim

Instructions

Step 1

Dip glass rim in a little lemon juice and then sugar.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients plus ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

Step 3

Fill a margarita glass with crushed ice and pour the cocktail through a small strainer into the glass. Enjoy immediately!
