Give your evening an extra kick with our Espresso Martini recipe. A perfect, pre-dinner delight, the rich coffee aroma combines with the coffee liqueur and vodka base for a truly tantalising treat.

Ingredients

Makes: 1 glass:

40 ml vodka

10 ml sugar syrup

10 ml coffee liqueur

25 ml espresso

Ice cubes

3 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Combine vodka, simple syrup, coffee liqueur, strong espresso and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Step 2

Shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Step 3

Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy immediately!
