Important safety notices for NEFF appliances

Customer safety during the use of our appliances is hugely important to us. We want you to be the first to know in the event of any safety notices or recalls. By registering your appliance, you will be contacted directly by our Customer Service team should, in the rare event, there be any safety notices regarding your model. Register your warranty and extend it further

To register your standard warranty

Please log in to your MyNEFF account or create an account if you don't already have one. Once this is done, you will be able to register appliances within your account. Any appliances you register will then be automatically registered for their standard two year warranty.

To extend your warranty

You can extend your warranty beyond the initial two years with Domestic and General. You can discuss options and prices for your appliance with an advisor. Please call 0800 519 2115 for more details.

Visiting from

We strongly advise that you register all your appliance so that NEFF has full details of the ownership of your appliance. This will allow us to easily contact you in the event of any important product updates. Even if your warranty has expired, it is still advisable to register all your NEFF appliances so we have full records of the appliances you own. Please note this registration process is for home appliances only. To register your appliances you first need to create an account and this can be done by following the account creation steps above. It's important you register all brands of appliances that you own.

Important: You will be asked for your preferences on receiving marketing information during our registration process. If you do not "opt-in" to receive marketing information, then the data you provide will only be used in the unlikely event that we need to contact you about a safety notice. We will not share with, or pass on your information to, any third party without your consent. Register My Appliance is a campaign of AMDEA, the Association of Manufacturers of Domestic Appliances. The name and logo are used with their permission.
