THE EASY WAY TO CLEAN THE OVEN DOOR
To keep a close eye on your creations, you need to be able to see through the glass door. Grease and grime are always going to build up on the inside. So, we’ve designed doors that you can take apart and clean, plus a degreaser that will make light work of the job.
Step 1: Remove the door and glass
When the door is open you will see locking levers on the hinges, these can be lifted up easily. Once the hinges are open care must be taken not to know them as they can snap shut. Keep your fingers well away from them. Support the door’s weight, close it towards the appliance and carefully lift up.
Consult your instruction manual before removing the oven door. Always ensure the oven is completely cold before your begin.
Step 2: Clean the door and glass
When you have removed the door from the oven you can detach the cover from the top of the door to enable you to remove the glass (check your instruction manual for the specific steps of how to do this on your oven). We recommend our degreaser, which is extremely tough on grease and grime. Just spray it on and leave it to work for 5-10 minutes, then wipe away with a damp cloth.

When replacing bulbs, it’s a good idea to clean the bulb cover. Find out how to remove it in the oven’s instruction manual. Always ensure the power to the oven is off and it’s completely cold. Then make sure the cover is dry before replacing it. New bulbs, covers and cover removal tools are available from our online store. |
