1. Create a SingleKeyID account to register online

Before you register your appliance, you will need an account. If you already have one, simply log in.

NEFF uses SingleKeyID to give you access to our brands, such as the Home Connect app, with only one login.

2. Register your appliances to your account

Once logged in, you will be able to register your NEFF appliances to your account directly. This will also activate your appliance's warranty, and provide you with easier access to support, while ensuring you are kept up to date about important updates.

Why should I use SingleKeyID?

SingleKey ID allows you access to our brands with only one login. This gives you fast and convenient access to all your accounts and information without the inconvenience of separate usernames and passwords.

How long does it take to register my appliance?

Registering an appliance only takes a minute or two when registering online. If you register via telephone it may take slightly longer.

What appliance details are required to register my appliance?
  • Model number*
  • Purchase date*
  • FD number*
  • Serial number (Z-nr)

Fields marked with a * are mandatory.

Can I register multiple appliances at the same time?

Yes, you can register multiple appliances at the same time.

Can I register an old appliance?

Absolutely! We encourage that you register all of your home appliances to get the most benefits from your NEFF account.
